We are happy to announce the closing of the World Class sale on which we acted sell side. The deal had been signed back in April 2022 and was subject, among other, to clearance by the Romanian Competition Authority.
SAA project team advising Resource Partners was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and Partner Octav Stan (Corporate/M&A), and included Partner Cristian Vlaicu (Banking & Finance), Senior Associate Sandra Frunzulica (Corporate/M&A), Senior Associate Daiana Assoum (Real Estate) and Associate Amanda Csaki (Corporate/M&A), together with an extended team of approximately 15 lawyers involved in all stages of the transaction.
