ROXANA LEPĂDATU has a fascination with the challenge of dispute resolution, one that she describes as having had her “entire life.” The source of this calling? She can’t pinpoint a defining moment of realization of her calling, but she knows that she’s drawn to the challenge that advocacy presents. Problems that present themselves out of nowhere, “the unexpected,” which marks the path of advocacy, are challenges that excite her. These challenges put her under a level of stress that prompts her to work her way out—to the benefit of the client as well as for her personal satisfaction.

But lest you think that she’s ready to rush into battle unprepared, rest assured that she has an analytic side that weighs actions and consequences. A strong background in math and computer science underpins an ability to think through issues developed of a well-balanced analysis of a client’s situation. She even expresses a fear of becoming too analytical or dispassionate in her analysis.

Her pursuit and completion of a Master’s of Law in Financial, Banking & Insurance also attest to her analytical side. But her ease of conversation allays any fear that her analytic side will impede her ability to connect to a client.

Roxana comes to Stratulat Albulescu after having worked at several different law firms as a part of her apprenticeship period before arriving here as a junior lawyer. However, Stratulat Albulescu provides her with her first opportunity to devote her efforts primarily matters of dispute resolution. It will also provide Roxana with an opportunity to use her impressive English skills, having completed a course of International English proficiency in July 2016. Her addition to our team in litigation and dispute resolution strengthens our team and will allow us to better serve our clients.
