BIANCA graduated from her college with a degree in the field of translation and interpretation. She eventually accepted a job as an assistant in a law firm. There she learned the requirements of an active law practice from the ground up, including what foreign investors in Romania needed to launch and operate their enterprises here. After learning these skills and realizing her talents and ambition, Bianca returned to school to obtain a law degree and then her LLM in business law.

For the past seven years, Bianca worked for a major Spanish law firm active in Romania. Her work there included projects that guided Spanish companies through the process of establishing their presence in Romania. In addition to helping clients meet the requirements of launching businesses in Romania, she also helped them address challenges presented by issues of labor law, real estate, public procurement, and insolvencies. Her breadth of experience provides her clients a valuable perspective on the challenges of doing business in Romania from the first inquires through to the day-to-day challenges of any ongoing business.

In addition to her legal experience, Bianca is a registered translator and interpreter of English, Spanish, and French. This combination of languages allows her to work fluidly with our diverse clientele and the law firms from clients’ home countries that we work with when the client comes to Romania.
